This session we will be working on Repertoire
- Your Golden list of your favourite pieces
- How do we choose what is right and practical for you to learn on to perform?
- If you are preparing to perform a short recital program, what pieces would you include? Are they audience grabbers and do they fit together in one program?
- Are your choices audience friendly pieces? Are these comfortable pieces for you to play in a new situation - ie: in front of an audience?
- Are these choices of repertoire easy to out together in short rehearsal time?
These are the questions we shall discuss together on our next upcoming session.
We shall also review our past sessions to see how you are getting on with all your newfound knowledge.
There will be plenty of time for questions and answers, and even time for some of you to come on screen to play for us.
Your preperation: Please make a list of 5 of your favourite Golden pieces of repertoire and what you love about them for our discussion.
If you would like to play on screen please have your music ready and let us know via the community chat page, what you are planning to play so Lady Galway has her copies of repertoire to hand.
