Learning new Repertoire - Finding a system that works for you
Learning, absorbing with control and Confidence.
In our July Summer sessions we shall be working together on this famous question:
How do I learn and work on a new piece of repertoire with confidence and ease - where and how do we begin?
Whatever stage you are at in your playing, learning a new piece of music can be exciting and daunting, or shall we say overwhelming at the same time.
There are stages to learning new repertoire. For this very reason we need a method that works.
In this month's sessions we shall be working on creating a method that works for you!
Over my many years of studying and performing, I have come to understand a very simple method for working new and varied repertoire up to performance level. I am looking forward to sharing this with you.
I shall be offering you a much more detailed format during our sessions. So come and join myself and our group for a very exciting and adventurous month together.
Below you will find a few pieces I recommend. As usual we invite you to bring your own repertoire to play and study together.
